Making it look like your club

/app/brandYour logo, colours and details on the member portal, so it doesn't look like our software.
The member portal is the part of Fairway your members actually see, and it should look like your club rather than like us. Brand studio is where that's set.
What you can set
- Your logo, which appears at the top of every member screen.
- Your primary and accent colours, which set the whole portal's palette.
- A tagline, and a welcome message on the portal's home screen.
- Pro shop phone, address and website, which appear in the portal footer.
Doing it well
- 1Upload a logo with a transparent background if you have one — it'll sit on your primary colour.
- 2Set the primary colour to your club's actual dark colour, not a bright one. It's a background, not a highlight.
- 3Write the welcome message as though it's a note in the pro shop, because that's how it reads on a phone.
- 4Look at it on a phone before you decide you're finished.
Contrast is checked for you
If a colour combination would make text hard to read, you'll be told. A member squinting at a pale-on-pale portal blames the club, not the software.
Questions
Can I use my own domain for the portal?
Not currently. The portal lives on a Fairway address, styled as your club.
Does the staff side get branded too?
No. The staff side stays consistent so that help articles and screenshots match what you're looking at.
Didn't answer it?
Tell us what's missing and we'll write it. Help that doesn't cover the thing you came for isn't help.
