Getting into your club's app
/mHow to set up your login the first time, and what to do if you can't get in.
The first time
- 1Your club sends you one email with a link in it.
- 2Open the link and choose a password. Nobody at the club sees it, and neither does anyone else.
- 3That's it — you're in. It's a website, so there's nothing to download from an app store.
Afterwards
Go to your club's address and sign in with your email and the password you chose. Put it on your home screen and you won't have to type the address again — see Putting it on your phone.
If you can't get in
- Forgotten the password? Use the forgotten-password link on the sign-in screen. You'll get an email with a fresh link.
- Invitation never arrived? Check your spam folder, then ring the pro shop and ask them to send it again.
- Link says it's expired? They're single-use and time-limited on purpose. Ask for a new one — it takes the shop a few seconds.
Everything still works the way it always did. You can ring the shop to book, pay at the counter, and sign up for the member-guest on the sheet by the door. This is an extra way in, not a replacement.
Questions
Is there an app to download?
No. It's a website that behaves like an app once you add it to your home screen, which means there's nothing to update and nothing taking up space on your phone.
Can my spouse use it too?
If they're on the club's member list, the club can invite them separately so you each have your own login. Ask the shop.
Does it work on a computer?
Yes, on anything with a browser. It's designed for a phone but it works fine on a laptop.
Ask your club — they can see your account and we can't. The Ask screen in your club's app puts the question and the answer in one place.
