Fairway vs ForeUP
A genuinely good tee sheet and POS for public and daily-fee courses — and one we'd happily sit alongside. It just isn't a maintenance system, and doesn't claim to be.
You need a tee sheet and a pro shop POS. That's the job, and they're good at it.
You need the maintenance operation organised. Keep ForeUP on the front counter — plenty of courses run both, and that's a perfectly sound architecture.
This section is first on purpose. If one of these is the thing you actually need, buying ForeUP is the correct decision and we'd rather you made it than churned in four months.
Tee sheet and booking: mature, well-understood by staff, and better than ours — we have a sheet now, but golfers can't book on it from the public internet and there is no dynamic pricing.
Point of sale and inventory for the pro shop. We can take a card at the counter against an invoice we already hold; we cannot ring up a sleeve of balls, and we don't pretend to.
Marketing tools aimed at filling tee times — dynamic pricing, promotions, rounds-driving campaigns.
Deep familiarity across the daily-fee segment; most staff have used it somewhere.
Almost all of this is the same thing said several ways: the maintenance operation is the product here, not a module inside something else.
Everything on the maintenance side. Crew, jobs, clock, fleet, certifications, spray records — none of this is ForeUP's job.
Published pricing.
A free tier.
Fairway and ForeUP, side by side.
Assessed August 2026 from public product documentation, published reviews and reseller material. Where we couldn't verify a capability we've marked it partial rather than claiming it's absent. Corrections welcome.
This is the screen your crew opens.
Not a marketing render — the real job board, at the real size, on a Tuesday. You can open the same thing in the demo without giving us an email address.
Groundskeeper is $0 for a crew of up to 12, indefinitely, with no card. Whatever you conclude about ForeUP, evaluating this one costs you a morning and nothing else.
