Asking the club something
/m/askSending a question to the pro shop and seeing the answer in one place.
Tap Ask, type your question, send it. It goes to the pro shop, and their answer comes back on the same screen — so the whole conversation is in one place rather than across two voicemails and a text.
Good things to ask
- Is the course open, are carts on paths, is the range mat-only.
- What time does the kitchen close.
- Anything about your account or an invoice.
- Guest policy, dress code, anything you'd normally ring about.
The club may have a suggested reply drafted for them to save typing, but a person at your club reads it and decides what to send. Nothing is sent to you automatically.
If it's urgent
Ring the shop. This is a message, not a chat line, and it gets answered when somebody is at the counter rather than instantly.
Questions
Can other members see what I asked?
No. It's between you and the club.
How quickly will I get an answer?
That's up to your club and how busy the shop is. Anything time-critical is a phone call.
Can I ask Fairway for help instead?
For how a screen works, yes — these help pages are for exactly that. For anything about your membership, your bill or the course, it has to be the club. We don't have your details and can't act on your account.
Ask your club — they can see your account and we can't. The Ask screen in your club's app puts the question and the answer in one place.
