Your digital pass
/m/passThe code that says you're a member, and how the shop uses it.
Your pass is a square code on your phone with your name and member number under it. The shop scans or reads it to check you in, put a round on your account, or confirm you're a member at the gate.
Using it
- 1Tap Pass.
- 2Turn your screen brightness up — that's the one thing that makes scanning fail.
- 3Hold it up. That's the whole thing.
Once you've opened it, your pass keeps showing even in a dead spot, which matters at the gate of a course in a valley.
If you lose your phone
Ring the shop. They can reissue your pass, which makes the old one stop working.
Questions
Can somebody use a screenshot of my pass?
Tell the shop if you think that's happened and they'll reissue it. Treat it like a membership card — it identifies you.
Can I add it to Apple Wallet?
Not currently. Adding the club to your home screen gets you to it in one tap.
Ask your club — they can see your account and we can't. The Ask screen in your club's app puts the question and the answer in one place.
