Seeing what's on, putting your name down, and how the waitlist works.

What's on

Tap What's on to see everything the club has coming up — the member-guest, leagues, twilight nights, the turkey shoot. Each one shows the date, the details and how many places are left.

Signing up

1Open the event.
2Sign up. You'll see straight away whether you're in or on the waitlist.
3Withdraw from the same place if your plans change.

The waitlist

If an event is full, signing up puts you on the waitlist in order. When somebody drops out, the club moves the next person up — and the shop will let you know, because that's a phone call rather than an automatic email.

Withdraw early if you can't make it

Somebody on the waitlist has been hoping for exactly that. Withdrawing the moment you know is the single most useful thing you can do with this screen.

Questions

Am I charged when I sign up?

Not at that moment. If there's a fee, it appears on your account and you pay it like anything else.

Can I bring a guest?

Depends on the event. If guests are allowed, say so when you sign up or ring the shop.

I signed up and now it's not showing.

Check whether the club has closed the field — closed events still show you as in, they just can't be changed. If it's genuinely gone, ask the shop.

Didn't answer it?

Ask your club — they can see your account and we can't. The Ask screen in your club's app puts the question and the answer in one place.
