Booking a tee time

Finding a slot, booking it, and cancelling when the weather turns.

Booking

  1. 1Tap Book.
  2. 2Pick the day. Today is where it starts.
  3. 3Find a time with room. Each slot shows how many spaces are left.
  4. 4Say how many of you there are and confirm.

Cancelling

Open the booking and cancel it. The spaces go straight back on the sheet for somebody else — which is the neighbourly thing to do the moment you know you can't make it.

The shop sees it immediately

There's one tee sheet, and you're booking on the same one the pro shop is looking at. Nothing has to sync and there's no chance of being double-booked with a walk-up.

Why a time might not be offered

  • It's full.
  • It's held for a league, an outing or a shotgun.
  • The course has blocked it for maintenance — usually early morning.

Questions

How far ahead can I book?

That's your club's rule, not ours. The days you can book are the days that show up.

Can I book for guests?

Book for the number of players in your group. Sort out guest fees with the shop as you normally would.

Do I pay when I book?

No — greens fees are settled the way your club has always settled them.
