Running several courses
/app/portfolioOne login across several courses, switching between them, and seeing all of them at once.
A parks department running four municipals shouldn't need four logins and four passwords. One account can belong to several courses.
Switching
- 1Use the course switcher in the app.
- 2Pick the course. Everything — the job board, the crew, the money — is now that course's.
- 3Your role can be different at each one. A manager at two and a crew lead at a third is normal.
Seeing all of them
The portfolio screen puts every course you belong to side by side — jobs, hours, labor cost and what's outstanding — so you can see which site needs attention this week without visiting four job boards.
Being in the switcher for four courses doesn't merge them. Every screen shows exactly one course's data, and somebody removed from a course loses access on their next click, not at their next sign-in.
Questions
Can crew be at more than one course?
Yes — that's how a shared seasonal crew works. Add them to both and they'll get a switcher too.
Is billing per course or per group?
Each course has its own plan. The tier that unlocks the switcher is the top one.
