Reports

/app/reportsWhat the numbers can tell you after a season, and which ones are worth arguing with.
Reports are built from what the crew records as they work, which means they cost nobody any extra effort and they're only as complete as the day-to-day discipline behind them.
The ones worth looking at
- Hours by category — where the season actually went, as opposed to where you think it went.
- Estimated versus actual minutes per job type, which is the number that makes next year's plan credible.
- Labor cost by week, against the weather that week.
- Jobs completed versus planned, which tells you whether the plan is realistic or aspirational.
This is the budget conversation
A request for another seasonal position lands very differently when it comes with a season of minutes per job. That's the main reason the crew records actuals at all.
Questions
Can I export the underlying numbers?

Can I see several courses at once?
On the top tier, yes. See Running several courses.
