The tee sheet

Running the courseClubhouse tier and up6 minute readIn the app: /app/tee-sheet

Running the day's tee times, booking somebody in, checking them in and cancelling.

How the day is laid out

The sheet is a list of slots at your tee interval, from your first tee time to your last, for the day you're looking at. Each slot holds up to four players and shows who's in it.

Booking somebody in

  1. 1Find the slot and open it.
  2. 2Enter the name and how many players.
  3. 3Save. The slot shows the remaining spaces straight away.

Checking in

Mark a booking checked in when the group arrives. That's what turns the sheet into a live picture of the golf course rather than a list of intentions — you can see at a glance who's out, who's late and who never showed.

Cancelling

Cancelling a booking puts the spaces straight back on the sheet, and the member who booked it sees it disappear from their account immediately.

Blocking a slot

Slots can be marked for something other than public play — a league, an outing, maintenance, a shotgun. A blocked slot won't take a member booking.

Members book against the same sheet

There is only one tee sheet. When a member books from their phone it lands here in the same second, and when you cancel here it disappears from their account. There is no syncing and nothing to reconcile.

Questions

Can I change the tee interval?

Yes, in Settings. It changes how the sheet is laid out from then on.

Can members book any slot?

They can book slots that are open for play and have room. Blocked slots and full slots aren't offered to them.

Does it take payment at booking?

Not for tee times — greens fees are collected however you collect them today. Dues and F&B run through Fairway if you've turned payments on.
