Food and drink orders

The menu
- 1Open Food & drink.
- 2Add each item with a price. Prices are in whole cents — what you type is what gets charged.
- 3Switch items off when you're out of them rather than deleting, so the item and its history stay.
Where members order to
A member ordering from their phone picks where it should go — the turn, the patio, the clubhouse, their cart, or the ninth. That destination is on the ticket, which is the part the kitchen actually needs.
Working the queue
New orders arrive at the top. Advance a ticket as it moves — in the kitchen, ready, delivered. The member sees the state change on their phone without having to ask anyone.
A member can add a tip when ordering. It's collected with the order and lands in your account like the rest of it — how you distribute it is your business, not ours.
Questions
Does this replace my POS?
No, and it isn't trying to. It handles member orders placed from a phone. Walk-up trade at the bar is still your POS's job, and a real POS is better at it.
Can non-members order?
Not from the portal — it's for people with a member login.
How do the orders reach my books?
Connect QuickBooks or Xero and each paid order becomes a sales receipt automatically.
