Ordering
- 1Tap Order.
- 2Pick what you want and how many.
- 3Say where it should go — the turn, the patio, the clubhouse, your cart, or the ninth.
- 4Add a note if something needs saying ('no onions', 'we're the group in the red cart').
- 5Add a tip if you'd like, and place it.
Following it
Your order shows where it's got to — received, in the kitchen, ready, on its way. No need to ring anyone or flag somebody down.
Order before the turn, not at it
Ordering from the seventh green is the whole point. It's ready when you get there.
Paying
The order goes on your account. Pay it from Account like anything else.
Questions
Something I want isn't on the list.
Items get switched off when the kitchen runs out. Ring the shop and ask.
Can I cancel an order?
Ring the kitchen. Once it's being made, it's being made.
Where does the tip go?
To the club, which distributes it the way that club does. That part isn't something we're involved in.
Didn't answer it?
Ask your club — they can see your account and we can't. The Ask screen in your club's app puts the question and the answer in one place.
