Weather is on its own screen and summarised on the morning brief. It's there to answer the handful of questions that actually change the plan: is it a mowing morning, is the wind going to stop a spray, and is anything coming in this afternoon.
Where it comes from
Your course's location, set in Settings. If the forecast looks like it's for somewhere else, that's the thing to check first.
When Fairway ranks who could fill an open shift, the forecast is part of the reasoning — a wet Saturday needs a different crew than a dry one. The reason is always shown, so you can disagree with it.

Can I change the units?
It follows your course's region. Set the course location correctly in Settings and it follows.
How far out does the forecast go?
Far enough to plan the week you're building on the schedule, which is what it's for.
