Application record
Also: spray record · pesticide use record
The written record of a pesticide application: product, EPA registration number, rate, area, applicator, licence and time.
Most states require these to be kept for two years, some for longer, and most require them to be produced within a set number of days of a request. The rate and the area are the two fields most often left blank in the moment and most often impossible to reconstruct later.
A record written a week afterwards reads like a record written a week afterwards. Filling it in at the sprayer is a discipline that pays for itself exactly once.
